• Charlotte has been successfully helping people buy and sell real estate in the Charleston area since 1985.
• In addition to the solid basic training Charlotte receives from Carolina One Real Estate, Charleston Trident Association of Realtors and the South Carolina Association of Realtors, she has been coached by Mike Ferry since 1988.
• Through Mike’s One-on-One Coaching Program, Charlotte hones her skills and knowledge every day. She meets with one of Mike’s personal Real Estate coaches once a week, speaks with other top agents in the program each day and attends a multi-day training program twice a year.
• Charlotte is also in Mike’s Next Level Coaching Program from which she receives two multi-day training programs a year and which places her in a network of the top 1% of agents in the country.
