Charlotte Bova - Listing Specialist & Team Leader
- Charlotte's focus is listing homes, prospecting daily for buyers for our listings & listings for our buyers, showing homes and negotiating contracts for our clients
- Charlotte's normal hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 6 pm. She prospects from 8 am to Noon each morning, returns phone calls after 1pm & normally schedules appointments starting at 3 pm
- When Charlotte is prospecting, she is on the phone looking for buyers for our listings & homes for our buyers

George Gardner - Closing Manager & Buyer's Specialist
- George's focus is listing Fannie Mae bank foreclosures; handling inspection reports; handling the process from ratified contract to closing and attending closing with our clients.
- George's focus is also working with our buyers to find them their perfect home
- George also helps with delivering paperwork, taking photos and measuring homes, putting up signs and lock-boxes, meeting inspectors, etc when necessary
- George's hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5 pm. Appointments are scheduled during these times.

Beth Hamlin-Brown - Administrative Coordinator
- Beth's job is handling all administrative details for listings and pending sales to ensure your experience with us is smooth and uneventful. She processes all contracts & paperwork and keeps files up to date and on track. She answers the phone, checks email, and fields all calls.
- Beth coordinates all parties involved from the time we list a house to closing day at the attorney's office. Other Agents, secretaries, lenders, attorneys, appraisers, inspectors, termite companies, insurance companies, buyers & sellers are just a few of the many people she contacts on your behalf: scheduling inspections, setting the closing date & time, monitoring deadlines, etc.
- Beth's hours are Monday through Thursday 8am - 5:00pm

John Stocker - Buyer's Specialist
- John is our Buyer's Agent: assists Buyers in finding their perfect home through daily research and showings homes to clients. He also looks for buyers for our listings.
- John handles delivering paperwork, taking photos and measuring homes, putting up signs and lock-boxes, meeting inspectors, etc when necessary
- John's hours vary but he usually works Monday - Friday, in the afternoon and Saturday & Sunday by Appointment
